Hey oil fam! My name is Mary. I’m a dedicated yogi, nature lover, dog mama and obsessed with fashion and travel….and now an essential oil addict! I’ve been using Young Living E.O.’s for about a year and a half now and they have changed my life for the better. This company became my guide on my wellness journey. Health has always been a crucial part of my life and even more so as I became more educated about what I’m putting in my body and on my skin. I started to realize how many toxic products I was being exposed to in my own home from makeup to hair care to household cleaners. So ‘ditch and switch’ became my new motto. I love diffusing oils, incorporating them into my daily yoga practice and using them to support my pup (and myself of course).
